A legal disclaimer

Reson8 Wellness Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides non-clinical wellness services designed to support relaxation, self-awareness, and general well-being. Services may include:

  • Sound & Frequency Alignment

  • Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST)

  • Biofield Tuning

  • Health Advocacy & Care Coaching

These services are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. All information provided — in person, online, or through materials — is for educational and wellness purposes only.

Client Responsibilities

By booking or participating in any service, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Participate voluntarily and communicate any discomfort or concerns during sessions.

  • Continue any prescribed medical care from your healthcare providers.

  • Inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or implanted devices (e.g., pacemakers).

  • Seek medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider for any health concerns.

Consent to Receive Services

You understand that sound, vibration, and energy work may involve the use of tuning forks, sound bowls, and other instruments near or on the body. You consent to this type of touch or proximity as part of the session.
You also acknowledge that results vary, and no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes.

Health Advocacy & Care Coaching Scope

Health Advocacy & Care Coaching services are intended to help clients understand healthcare information, explore holistic or functional options, and prepare for medical visits. These sessions:

  • Do not replace licensed medical advice.

  • Do not include diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.

  • Are educational and supportive in nature.

You agree to make your own informed decisions about your healthcare and to consult qualified providers as appropriate.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: May be charged up to the full session fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not issued for completed sessions. Packages may be refunded only for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase.

 Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared before, during, or after sessions is confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, unless required by law.

 

Liability Release

  • By participating in services, you agree to release and hold harmless Reson8 Wellness Studio and its practitioners from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

  • You affirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate and have disclosed all relevant information.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including logos, text, media, and educational materials — is the property of Reson8 Wellness Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

 

Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

 

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Colorado law.
